The email address I have registered on my customer account is no longer valid, how do I update it?

If you no longer have access to the email address you used as the contact address for your account, or if it is no longer active, you need to update your contact information via a signed update form, for security reasons. We will update your details in the Whois domain name contact database as well as our own.

Log in with your new email address

The contact address is also the username for your Customer account. After you update to your current email address, don't forget to use the new email address next time you log in to your customer account after you have made the update.

Your password remains the same as before. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it using your new email address before you attempt to login.
